RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Items purchased form SYLWIA are eligible for a full refund or exchange if returned within 15 days of purchase arrival. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original tags attached. A small number of discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund or exchange. Refunds will be made after goods are received back and inspected by our team. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. If the return is a result of our error, please contact us by phone or email, and we will issue a credit for the return shipping charges.

Due to the limited quantities of merchandise, the item(s) you wish to exchange may no longer be available. We suggest you place a new order of item(s) and return unwanted Item(s) for a refund. We are unable to honor previous sale prices or promotions when you place your new order. Items available in stock will be shipped approximately 48-72 hours to the shipping address on your invoice. Custom designs or altered designs are nonrefundable.

When shipping items, we highly recommend using tracking and requiring signature to ensure proper delivery. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return or exchange. Please be sure that your package is insured for the full value of the garment and prepaid. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. You can send items back to us at the address below.
